Episode 43– Duality

15 Jul

Namaste, dear yogis.

Welcome to episode 43!  I thank you thank you for joining me today for this bit of yoga and am honored to be a part of your practice.

Today’s episode features an hour-long class.  This is a mellow level 1-2 class focusing on duality in the physical practice of yoga—working towards a discussion of non-duality in a few weeks—peaking with pincha mayurasana (feathered peacock).   We find unity within effort and ease, practice and surrender.

Connections

A shout-out today to Ms. Andrea—fellow yogini from Seattle, who shared some sweet words of support this week.   Thank you, dear-heart!

Darlings, I LOVE hearing from you! Please do get in touch. Share your yoga stories, ask me yoga questions, or just tell out me who you are and what your favorite pose is!
