Episode 59–Breathing Equanimity

8 Feb

Blessings, dear ones!

Today’s episode is 90 minutes of BLISS, focusing on finding equanimity through the breath.  This class was inspired by Shiva Sutra 3:22. I do hope you LOVE it.  This is an all-levels class, though I think it’s always a good idea to practice sirsasana (head stand) for the first few (thousand!) times under the supervision of an instructor with a keen eye for alignment.  We are awaiting the arrival of baby at my house.  I am 37 weeks pregnant (full term) and am due the first of March.  I’ll keep you all posted and will keep practicing until she arrives!

LOVE!

Kelly, sending blessings your way!!! I’ve been thinking about you a lot, and so pleased to hear about Oona. My very best wishes to you. You were “with” me in India, and continue to be so as I practice during my travels. Take care, and thanks for being such an inspiration!
