Well, hello, dears! I know it has been ages since I posted that a new podcast was forthcoming, but my goodness baby-rearing takes a lot out of a yogini.  Oona (my daughter) has now been out here in the world for 12 weeks. My hope is to produce a new podcast every other week for the next few months before resuming a weekly schedule. 

Thank you as always for joining me on this yogic journey.  Listening to today’s episode made me so happy, as it was the last Thursday night class I taught before leaving Seattle.  It is an hour-long, all-levels class. I do hope you enjoy your practice.
