Namaste, yogis. I hope you are enjoying this week! Oona and I have been practicing outdoors quite a bit lately. I love the sound of leaves rustling while in tree pose! Thank you so much for tuning in to today’s class.
This episode features a 30-ish minute class emphasizing core strength physically and the manipura chakra energetically. It is a level 1-2 class. Listener Jamie had a great suggestion about an instructional video for shoulder stand, so be sure to check that out as well (I’m not quite done editing, so there will be a subsequent post for that one). And many thanks to Jamie for the comment and suggestion!

Thank you for your wonderful classes! I am a certified yoga teacher but not currently teaching…I don’t feel quite ready. Listening to your podcast inspired me and on some days it seems as though they are designed just for what I am needing
Thank you for sharing and Namaste…<3
Blessings, dear Laura!
Thank you so much for listening and for taking the time to write. I can relate to that feeling of not feeling ready to teach. (I think most teachers can!)
All love! Kelly
