Hello, strangers! We have returned from our epic Latin American adventure. It was amazing in so many ways: challenging in ways that inspired me, fun, funny, gorgeous, and so much more. One thing that was so clear to me during our travels was how much I miss teaching a full schedule. So I intend to change that!
Today’s podcast is a private level 2 class. When I teach private classes, I have several formats based on what the student is looking for: sometimes the session takes the form of a workshop, where we break down postures, techniques and philosophy or sometimes the session is a custom-created class, flowing like a regular class created just for the student. There are times when both are appropriate and feel “just right.” This class emphasizes the transitions between breaths, thoughts, and movements. We really work the shoulders and hips in this class! Two of my favorites! Thank you as always for joining me on this journey. I LOVE our community!
