Blessings, dear yogis.
Today I have a short video sequence to share with you. This is a namaskar I enjoy for pregnancy, though it can be practiced anytime really.
Please exercise appropriate caution when practicing this namaskar.
Listen to your body. Listen to your baby. Listen to your breath.
Alignment note: make sure your knees are wide enough that when squatting they are moving straight out from the hips in the same direction as your feet and not splaying out to the sides.
