Hello Sweet Beloveds,

I am so happy to be with you. This week was a whirl of wonderful work. You have all been in my heart.

This particular class is excerpted from my Meditation Foundations class that took place this very morning! We gather at 7am on Fridays at The People’s Yoga SE (drop-ins welcome! newbies super-welcome!). Join us if you are in town. We start with some simple movements to prepare for sitting, then we practice a short sit together. I hope this supports your practice in just the right way.
