Episode 70– Ganesha Vibrations!
February 5th, 2012 § Leave a Comment
Blessings, dear ones. Thank you so much for joining me for the Sunrose Yoga Podcast.
Today’s class is all about being open and receptive to the BLISS that exists within and all around us! It is a level 2 class.
This class is inspired by Ganesh and the poem Blue Iris, by Mary Oliver.
We practice Ganesh mantra: Om gam ganapataye namaha.
So glad you are here.
Peace. & LOVE. Always. kelly

Episode 66–The quality of balance

Blessings, loves. I am back after my long journey. Oona and I had an amazing trip and are now embracing autumn in the Northwest. The podcast was always on my mind, though, and I’m excited to add a few classes to my weekly schedule (starting small, of course to still spend most of my time with Oona while she is awake).
Today’s class is an hour-long, level 2 class. I do hope you enjoy it. If you enjoy the podcast, please do consider making a donation. I just renewed my domain and web-host subscriptions for another year (about $150), so any little bit you can spare will help me immensely!
