These are two different poses: bhujangasana (cobra) involves pulling oneself up with pelvis, legs, and feet connected to the earth while urdhva mukha svanasana (upward-facing dog) involves pushing the hands and tops of the feet into the earth while lifting the legs, knees, pelvis, and heart.
