Equinox Attunement// A Sound Experience

The equinox marks the moment in time when day and light are equal length, halfway between summer & winter. The space weather of this year’s autumnal equinox invites a reflection of how our emotional body interacts with our experience of fairness and right alignment. In this workshop with Kelly Sunrose, E-RYT500, students will have the opportunity to locate equal weight, equal balance or equilibrium in the body; to rest deeply in soundscape of planetary gongs, chakra-tuned singing bowls and other healing instruments; and to reflect on the turn of the season. No prior experience is needed. All are welcome. Please dress for comfort, and bring your journal.
