Day 12~ Sequence for tight shoulders, neck and upper back

Occasionally, I find myself sore or tight in the upper back, neck and shoulders.  Generally, these kinds of body aches follow a poor night’s sleep or a long day at my desk. (Can you relate?)I had such a fitful night (and next day) earlier this week, so I thought it would be fun to share how yoga can ease this kind of tension.
