Today’s video features some alignment techniques designed to bring your standing and balancing postures into full bloom.  Try these out on Virabhadrasana i,ii, & iii (warriors i,ii, & iii); Utthita Parsvakonasana (extended lateral angle); and Ardha Chandrasana (half moon).  Do you feel a difference?
