blessings, dear yogis.  today’s video features a short sequence for the hips.  i practiced this sequence every day for a number of months in 2006 and it REALLY helped me appreciate micro-movements in this tight area.  a few more of my REALLY tight hip helping poses are figure 4, supported pigeon, and reclined big toe stretch.
