Blessings, dears.

In today’s video, I share a food staple at my house: the green smoothie!  I eat a high raw-high vegan diet (keeping it chill is a goal of mine as well; i.e., not stressing about eating cheese pizza).

    I’m a green smoothie fiend, too! I make one every morning for breakfast and every evening for snack. What a difference this has made in so many ways. I’m thinking about adding Spirulina to my usual concoction. Do you ever put in yours? 🙂 xoxo

    1. LOVE the green smoothies! I have yet to try spirulina *in* my smoothie, though I take some every other day. Let me know how it is!
