At last! A new episode! Since last we gathered here, I have moved, vacationed and taught lots and lots of fun (for me!) classes around Portland. I have missed you and am glad to be back.
Today’s class is 90 minutes of all-levels hatha flow. We explore tapas. I hope you love it. I have been super-jazzed to be teaching about the yamas and niyamas these days.

Kelly, I so love your podcast! It has been the #1 reason that I have finally been able to develop a home practice! I was listening to this episode (#74, Tapas) today but the recording cut out after 40 min. Was the recording cut short, or maybe was it an uploading issue? I would certainly love to hear the rest.
