I am so very happy to announce that I’m adding another hatha yoga class to my public offerings at Community Fitness. This class follows the same format as our wonderful Thursday night class and is suitable for all levels. This class will focus on pranayama (breath-work), chanting, the yoga sutras, and meditation in addition to refinement of asana (postures). Community Fitness classes are $6.50 with tax and last a lovely fifty minutes.
If you are new to Community Fitness, welcome! Please arrive about 15 minutes early to check in on your first visit.
