Hi there, dear ones.
Today’s episode is SO special to me. For episode 163, I sat down with yogini Lisa Wells to talk about it all. Such nourishing conversation. So happy you can listen in.
Lisa Wells, PhD, ERYT500, teaches yoga, meditation, mixed-abilities dance, trauma-release, Ayurveda and co-owns Live Well Studio in Corvallis, Oregon. Her 25+ years of yoga practice have brought her patience, humility and happiness. Her 56+ years of life have led her from trauma, through addiction, to recovery and joy in a life that includes rather than excludes suffering. Lisa has been teaching yoga since 2000. She received her PhD in Geology from Stanford University. In her current incarnation as a yoga teacher she has been called a “Geographer of the Body.” She specializes in gentle yoga adapted to all bodies.
Thank you so much for being here. All of you. Always.
