Hi Sweetest Heart,
SO happy to be together today. On this episode of Samadhi Rush Podcast, I talk about the at-home retreat. The at-home retreat is an offering I make twice yearly. Into these retreats, I pour the contents of my heart. This particular retreat focuses on the Rhythm of Care– the daily self-care rhythms that comprise a radiant, happy human. SO happy to be sharing this magic with you!
The Rhythm of Care specifics:
- Join us by signing up here.
- Next week, you’ll receive an email with a list of supplies you might want to gather and other pre-retreat inspiration.
- On February 12, you’ll receive an email with a link to a private site where the retreat is *LIVE*. Go at your own pace, revisit as often as you can.
- Connect with your reflections and insights. I want to hear from you!

LOVE LOVE you. THANK you for being here.
The essay I read during this podcast:
Energy moves in waves.
Waves move in patterns.
Patterns move in rhythms.
A human being is just that
energy, waves, patterns, rhythms.
Nothing more. Nothing less.
A dance.
–Gabrielle Roth
The rhythm reveals itself. This mantra I know to be true. When we open up to mystery, when we trust for real, the dance emerges.
This is as natural as the breath. It is also supremely counter-cultural. Allowing space, making love to the mystery, caring for ourselves deeply requires bravery like nothing else.
We can so easily hide from our essence, blind ourselves to our birthright (which is love, endless love) through busyness, the frenetic self-flagellation that our culture commends even as it kills us softly.
And so, beloved you, I bow to your courage. I bow to your taking a step toward remembering the wholeness that is yours for the living. I bow to your trust in the process that by caring and tending and loving yourself, you are more completely available to care, tend and love others.
We begin with the most basic of rituals: sleep, nourishment, connection.
We begin by honoring the winding and unwinding spirals of attunement to biorhythms.
We begin where we are.
Above all, we begin again and again.
