Starting January 26th, I will be teaching a 12:30 (noon-thirty) vinyasa flow class on Saturdays at Community Fitness. Check it out!
This class embodies the practice of moving meditation. The class combines a dynamic, warming practice with slower, sustained postures. Vinyasa flow yoga uses the physical practice to enhance the practitioner’s breath awareness and mental focus. This class will be more intense (physically) than my Thursday night Hatha class, though adventurous beginners are always welcome!
Those of you who are new to Community Fitness should arrive between 15-20 minutes early. Community Fitness is located at 2113 NE 65th Street in Seattle. The class is $5.95 plus tax. The studio has mats, props and a changing room for student use.
